Cancellation / Prepayment

Our flexible booking terms mean that the majority of our bookings only require card details to guarantee them. With these bookings, you are welcome to cancel for free up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. That being said, some promotional rates do require full payment in advance and are non-refundable.

Children & Beds

We welcome children of any age at only £20 per child - this includes their stay as well as breakfast. Guests aged 18 years and above are considered adults in our establishment. In all of our rooms extra beds are available. Cots are also available to our guests upon request.

Pets

Dogs are allowed upon request with a £20 fee per pooch. Our bar area is available for those who wish to dine with their hounds. Charges may be applicable.

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.

"We stayed for 2 nights for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was amazing and the people that served us could not have done more for us. We stayed in the Signature Room which was very very nice with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. The Full English Breakfast was superb with good quality ingredients. There are a number of hotels in Marlow but after staying here for the first time, I would not stay anywhere else. Many thanks to the entire team!"
